Our beloved cat of 13 years passed away this past Sunday morning. We didn't have a way to get him to the funeral home to have him cremated. They said they'd send someone to come get him. That someone was THE Mr. Arner, the owner. And he came and got my cat on a Sunday afternoon. He was so kind and respectful when he arrived. They had him 3 days, and then here comes Mr. Arner himself again, bringing me a little tin of his ashes. The whole staff was incredibly wonderful. They treated my cat like he was one of their human clients. I would recommend Arner Funeral Chapel to anyone in need for their loved one, whether it's your mother or your cat. I wanted to post this earlier but I have been grieving so much for my dog Zoey I HIGHLY recommend them they were so professional & kind & put up with me bawling my eyes out on the phone with them . When I went to get Zoey I told them I had bought a locket to put some of her ashes in & they even offered to do it for me! How kind is that??? I’m please with the urn as well.
